Video conferencing
Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams links generated per booking.
When an event type’s location is a conferencing tool, BunnyCal creates a fresh meeting link for each booking and includes it in the calendar event and the confirmation email.
Google Meet
Available automatically once a Google Calendar account is connected — no separate integration. Meet links are created as part of the calendar event, so the link belongs to the account holding your write target.
Microsoft Teams
Available once a Microsoft account is connected. Personal Outlook.com accounts can’t create Teams meetings; this requires a Microsoft 365 account.
Zoom
Connect under Settings → Integrations → Zoom and authorise the account. Links are created on the connected user’s Zoom account, honouring its defaults for waiting room, passcode, and recording.
For round-robin, the link is created on the assigned host's connected account. Each host therefore needs their own Zoom connection — otherwise bookings routed to them fall back to the event type's alternative location.
Changing the location
Changing an event type’s location affects future bookings only. Meetings already booked keep the link they were created with, since the guest already has it.
To move a single existing booking, cancel and rebook it, or edit the calendar event directly — BunnyCal won’t overwrite a link you’ve changed by hand.
If a link isn’t generated
The booking still succeeds; BunnyCal never fails a booking because conferencing was unavailable. The confirmation instead carries the fallback location, and the booking is flagged in your dashboard.
The usual causes are an expired authorisation (reconnect the integration) or a Zoom account at its concurrent-meeting limit.
