Creating a team

Invite members, set roles, and publish a shared booking page.

A team groups several hosts so they can share event types and a booking page.

Creating one

Teams → New team. A team needs a name and a URL slug, which becomes the prefix for its booking pages:

https://bunnycal.io/team/<team-slug>/<event-slug>

Inviting members

Invite by email from the Members tab. Invitees get a link; if they don’t have a BunnyCal account yet, accepting creates one.

A member must connect their own calendar before they can be added to an event type — without it there’s nothing to check availability against, and BunnyCal will show them as unconfigured rather than silently offering slots.

Roles

RoleCan do
OwnerEverything, including billing and deleting the team
AdminManage members and event types; not billing
MemberBe a host; edit their own availability and bookings

There’s always at least one owner. Transfer ownership before removing the last one — BunnyCal will block the removal otherwise.

Team event types

Team event types live on the team, not on an individual. When creating one, choose the kind:

  • Collective — all listed hosts attend; availability is their intersection.
  • Round-robin — one host per booking, chosen by assignment rules.

Each host’s own availability schedule still applies. There’s no separate “team schedule” to keep in sync — a member who blocks Friday afternoons is unavailable then for team events too.

Removing a member

Removing someone stops new bookings being assigned to them immediately. Meetings already on their calendar are untouched, and BunnyCal will list them so you can reassign each one deliberately rather than having them silently disappear from the team’s view.
